Welcome to Devyatra Travels. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or using our services.

1 Booking & Reservations

By making a booking with Devyatra Travels, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Any special requests (dietary, medical, accessibility) must be communicated at the time of booking.
• Devyatra Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

2 Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all bookings:

• Advance Payment: 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.
• Last-Minute Bookings: Full payment is required for bookings made within 7 days of departure.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.

3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour price:

• 30+ days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• 7-14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee (No refund)

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

4 Travel Documents & Requirements

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.)
• For international tours: Valid passport with at least 6 months validity and required visas
• Any medical certificates or fitness documents if required for specific tours
• Devyatra Travels is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or expired documents

5 Health & Fitness

Some tours, especially pilgrimage and trekking packages, require a certain level of physical fitness:

• Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their physician before booking.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.
• Devyatra Travels is not liable for any health issues arising during the tour.
• Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers.

6 Price Changes & Amendments

Devyatra Travels reserves the right to modify prices due to:

• Government tax changes or new levies
• Fuel price fluctuations affecting transportation costs
• Hotel rate changes or availability issues
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)

Any price changes will be communicated promptly. Customers may cancel without penalty if the price increase exceeds 10% of the original cost.

7 Limitation of Liability

Devyatra Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transporters, guides, etc.). Therefore:

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
• We are not responsible for events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour package.
• Travelers are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

8 Code of Conduct

All travelers are expected to maintain appropriate behavior during the tour:

• Respect local customs, traditions, and religious sentiments
• Follow the instructions of tour guides and local authorities
• Be punctual for all scheduled activities and departures
• Devyatra Travels reserves the right to remove any traveler who disrupts the tour without refund
