Start early from Rishikesh, drive along the Ganga and through Devprayag, Rudraprayag and Ukhimath. Reach Chopta by evening, check into alpine camps / guest house. Leisure walk in the meadows. Overnight under starlit sky.
Wake up to a Himalayan sunrise. Start trek to Tungnath temple (3.5 km) through rhododendron forest. Explore the ancient shrine, then climb further to Chandrashila summit (1.5 km) for a 360° view of Nanda Devi, Trishul, Kedar and Chaukhamba. Descend back to Chopta for hot dinner and rest.
After breakfast, drive to Sari village and trek to Deoria Tal, a pristine lake reflecting Chaukhamba peak. Enjoy packed lunch by the lake, then return and drive back to Chopta. Evening bonfire with music and stories.
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast, optional short nature walk. Depart by 10 AM for Haridwar/Rishikesh with beautiful memories. Drop at your preferred location.
